Appointments & identification

You must present valid, non-expired government-issued photo identification when required. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your documents.

Online commissioning

Remote online commissioning is available only where permitted by law and where the document and circumstances qualify. Québec is excluded from remote online commissioning as described on our site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to website use is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
